What is grief?
Grief is a really strong emotion. One that arrives like thunder, pulling the carpet under our feet. A strong blow of grief can completely knock down the strongest of minds before they even realize it. Grief is a subtle sense is an extreme emotion that is marked by intense suffering, agony, doleful sensations and distress. In most instances, grief surfaces with the loss of a loved one.
