  1. All information shared by you during personal consultation which does not include name, age, gender, address and other such personal identifiers is confidential. (‘Confidential Information’).Your Confidential Information shall not be disclosed or shared by Soul Mitr, its employees, its agents or any third party contractors, including experts with any third party, either orally or in writing, except in the following circumstances:
    • If SoulMitrbelieves that there is a significant/ real/ imminent threat or risk to your health, safety or life or to the health, safety or life of any other person or the public;
    • If Soul Mitris required to share such Confidential Information to any authority by law; and
    • If you have claimed a health care insurance and such Confidential Information is required by the insurer.
  1. In case of the above circumstances, Soul Mitrmay share your Confidential Information and other personal information with your employer, institution or other entity enabling you to access Soul Mitr.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information that you provide on this website. SoulMitr is operated by volunteers associated with Sri Bhramarishi Ashram for the purpose of providing Emotional and Mental Health Counselling for the benefit of the public. Helpline Number is limited for service within India. International assistance provided through email requests only.


Our assessments and counselling are based on the information you choose to share with us. While our counsellors will make every effort to assist you with the issues or problems you identify – you are in the best position to determine how relevant this information is to your situation. Services provided by Soul Mitr are not a substitute for independent professional advice from your own or another mental healthcare professional.
